Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Alma Nights. You made it an excellent night, and we're so proud of the community we are building together!
Now we are proud to announce Alma Nights: Halloween Edition. Vancouver dancers, we invite you to come enjoy another wonderful event with our very talented local instructors and DJs, this time with a 1920s masquerade twist.
🔥 And this is one you won't want to miss: the DJ DUEL! Something you won't find at any other event in the city. DJ Sefa (Bachata) and DJ Juan (Salsa) will be DJing together on the same floor at the same time, trading songs back and forth in a sensual vs spicy showdown. 🎧

🔥 7PM–8PM Bachata Lab with Monica & Cisco, Intermediate
🔥 8PM–9PM Bachazouk Lab with Carla & Javi, Intermediate

🔥 7PM–8PM Zouk Lab with Carla & Javi, Open Level
🔥 8PM–9PM Salsa On1 Lab with Gabi & Juan, Intermediate
*Partners will be interchanged throughout the workshops. If you prefer, you may choose to remain with one partner for a more focused learning experience.
🎶 SOCIAL DANCING 9:00PM–1:00AM
🎧 Studio A: DJ Duel. Two DJs. One floor. Experience a sensual vs spicy showdown between DJ Sefa (Bachata) and DJ Juan (Salsa) as they alternate songs.
🎧 Studio B: The Zouk Room. Settle into an evening of Brazilian Zouk with back-to-back sets from DJ Eeka and DJ Wuli.
💫 2 hours of workshops + 4 hours of social dancing + a lounge to socialize 📸 Photobooth · Drinks · Snacks 🫶 Community + connection + lots of dancing!
👗 ELEGANT DRESS TO IMPRESS IS MANDATORY
1920s Masquerade attire: think ties, vintage glamour, pearls, and masks that make an entrance.
🎭At Alma Nights, the dress code is mandatory. We want to create a beautiful, polished atmosphere where everyone feels like they are part of something special.
