During this 55-minute restorative yoga session, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle, fully supported poses accessible to all levels or prior experience of yoga. With bolsters, blocks and blankets, we’ll stay warm and cosy while allowing the body to release tension at its own pace. As you settle into each pose, Taylor’s calming ballads create the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation.
