About this Event
What if abundance didn’t have to feel so hard?
So much of life gets spent pushing, planning and waiting for things to feel easier. This sound bath day retreat in Pasadena offers a gentler way in.
Inspired by Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks and the Abraham-Hicks teachings on the Law of Attraction, the day explores what happens when you stop rowing against the current and let yourself be carried toward what you want. Abundance becomes less about getting more and more about feeling good enough, right now, to let it in.
This Day Is for You If...
- You’re tired of working so hard and waiting for life to feel easier
- You love Abraham Hicks, or you’re curious about the Law of Attraction
- You want deep rest and practical tools you can keep using
- You’re ready to feel more ease around money and receiving
No prior experience with sound baths, meditation or knowledge of Abraham Hicks is needed.
The Flow of the Day
Opening: Clear
We begin by naming the heaviest stuff first: the thoughts and stories you’re ready to release. Through a grounding ritual, we create real, physical space for something new to come through.
Then we gently shift how you see your own life, from the inside out.
Sound Bath One: Clear Space
Deep, grounding sound to help those old stories loosen their grip.
Midday: Become
This is where abundance stops being an idea and becomes a feeling.
Lunch Break: Walk As Your Abundant Self
It’s not just a break. This is where the practice leaves the page and enters your life.
Afternoon: Solidify
We gather to notice what shifted. Sharing is always optional. Most of the transformation happens quietly, in the stillness, in the writing and in the sound.
Sound Bath Two: Integrate
A more uplifting, expansive sound bath designed to let everything you’ve worked through settle deep into the subconscious mind, so what is ready to manifest can take root and come to fruition.
