Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations and seat swapping not available.
If an event is cancelled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
Event Producers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of our event.
In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
