About this Event
This practical course (equivalent to level 2) has been designed and is delivered by experienced Trading Standards Officers and is aimed at anyone involved in the preparation, handling or service of food. Learners will gain a clear understanding of food allergens, food intolerances, legal responsibilities, and the steps needed to reduce the risk of allergen-related incidents.
