This December, we're getting festive and discovering how to turn Christmas leftovers into something delicious!
Taking inspiration from Polish Christmas food traditions, we'll be making pierogi – delicious handmade dumplings filled with savoury ingredients, exploring how leftover vegetables and festive trimmings can be given a tasty second life.
In Poland, Drugi Dzień Świąt (the second day of Christmas) is celebrated on 26 December. Inspired by the tradition of families coming together over festive food, we'll explore how making pierogi can become a shared activity, bringing people together to fold dumplings, chat and enjoy each other's company.
It's a lovely way to make the most of Christmas food while creating new memories with family and friends.
And with so much food going to waste over the festive period, we'll be sharing practical ways to save money, reduce waste and make your Christmas food go further.
In this session we'll be:
