Using the on-site kitchen, Devon will guide you through every step of the sourdough process, from maintaining a healthy starter to baking your very first golden, crusty boule. We'll sample fresh sourdough bread along the way while taking the mystery out of sourdough once and for all!
Want to get your hands in the dough? Bring your own mixing bowl and sturdy mixing utensil to work right alongside Devon! We'll provide the ingredients, and you'll leave with your very own sourdough dough, ready to finish the process and bake at home.
You'll leave with:
- Your own bubbly sourdough starter
- A sourdough cheat sheet to guide your future baking
- Your own loaf of dough to finish and bake at home (if you bring your mixing supplies)
- The knowledge and confidence to bake incredible sourdough bread in your own kitchen!
