From Champagne to Crémant, Prosecco to some lesser-known gems, there's a whole world of sparkling wine beyond the familiar favourites. And while bubbles might be best known for toasts and special occasions, they're also rather brilliant with cheese.
Join our Stephen and our friend Robert from Neill Wines in our Ormeau Road tasting room for an evening exploring the wonderful world of sparkling wine. We'll discover different styles, grapes and regions, what makes those all-important bubbles, and why you don't always need to spend Champagne money to drink something delicious.
Along the way, we'll pair each wine with a carefully chosen Irish artisan cheese, exploring how crisp acidity, creamy textures and a little fizz can make for some seriously good combinations.
