About this Event
Join us in the Queen’s Hall on Saturday 27 February 2027 from 7pm to 1am for an evening of fine dining, music and dancing! This black tie event includes a champagne reception, three course dinner by Feast Events, fundraising games, online auction, Diamond Raffle and dancing into the early hours to live music provided by The Black Sheep of Penn. There will also be the presentation of the Captains’ Awards to Senior Captains across nine different sports. An unmissable moment of pride for the students, their parents and family members alike.
As well as being a fantastic social occasion, the ball raises vital funds which go towards supporting all aspects of sport at RGS. Your support allows us to enhance our sports provision and provide the best possible experiences for all our students during curriculum PE and Games, representational fixtures and recreational activities and clubs.
Tickets will be available to purchase individually or as tables of 8/10/12. Individual tickets will be allocated to a table. If you wish to be seated with other guests, or parents from a particular year group, please put this in the booking notes. Bookings will close on 1 February 2027.
