Join us for a gentle flow that celebrates our life and breath as we honor the collective impact of those who came before. Through reflection and connection, honor your journey and those who have shaped it. All are welcome, whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, honoring ancestral memories, paying witness to worldly woes, or honoring the ancestors of the land we call home.Yoga practice will be followed by a 20-minute sound bath offering from Hannah LaHood.
You're invited to bring a journal and a photo or a small token that represents a loved one as we create a shared altar of remembrance.
Dress for the weather and bring blanket(s) and mat for maximum comfort. In the event of wet weather or extreme cold, the class will be rescheduled or canceled and refunded. You'll be notified via email if this should occur.
Location: Springdale Cemetery, Savanna. Follow the signs within Springdale to find the class location.
