On 7 November, we invite you to experience a whole night immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of sacred gongs.Unlike a traditional one-hour gong bath, a Gong Puja offers an extended journey into deep relaxation, stillness and rest. As you lie comfortably, meditate or drift into sleep, experienced gong players create a continuous soundscape throughout the night.
The rich vibrations of the gongs can help quiet a busy mind, release tension and invite a profound sense of calm. Every experience is unique.
