All Levels Yoga with EvaMy journey into yoga began in 2014, inspired by a desire to become healthier from the inside out and to slow down the pace of everyday life. Through yoga, I learned to listen to my body, honor what it needs, and embrace each day as a new beginning — with no judgment and no expectations. Just you, your breath, and your mat.
Join me as we explore our yoga journey together, blending Pranayama (breathwork), Asana (postures), the Eight-Limbed Path, Chakras, and Chanting into a mindful and meaningful practice.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this all-levels class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, connect, and simply be present.
And while laughter, hugs, and sharing are completely optional… they are always appreciated!
