About this Event
The goal of Circling is for a group of people to see the world through your eyes, and for you to see the world through other people’s eyes. We flourish under the influence of caring, curious, and non-judgmental attention – and so does the connection between us.
Circling is designed to:
- Cut through the crust of superficiality and alienation
- Drop you into the deeper waters of connection
- Help you examine the thoughts behind your thoughts, the assumptions behind your opinions, and the peculiar alchemy that turns a stranger into a friend
We’re going to explore the five principles of circling at our all-levels circling sessions through the end of 2026. One of the fundamental principles of circling is to trust your experience. If it feels true or right, then we stay with it. We become curious. We’re not attached to having a particular kind of time or saying or doing what is “correct.” This kind of authenticity is rare and consequently, our muscles are weak from lack of use – but we will strengthen them together!
By the end of the session, you’re likely to feel more grounded, more open-hearted, peaceful, and connected.
