🌿 YOGA IN THE PARK — LA MESA 🌿Hi everyone! My name is Odessa, and I’m a local La Mesa mom and yoga teacher who is so excited to create a little more space for movement, connection, and wellness in our community. 🧘♀️💛
I’m starting weekly outdoor yoga classes every Friday morning at beautiful Harry Griffen Park, and I’d love for you to join me!

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. No pressure, no judgment — just an hour to move your body, breathe, slow down, and connect with yourself and others.
I’ve also created a local Facebook group called La Mesa Yoga 🌿🧘♀️ where I’ll be sharing class updates, future yoga classes, wellness events, and other things happening in our local yoga community. I’d love for you to join the group and be part of what I’m hoping to build here in La Mesa!
