On Saturday 7th November, we're bringing something seriously special to Beer Merchants Tap.
We're cracking open two exceptional beers from Iowa's legendary Toppling Goliath Brewing Co., a brewery renowned for producing some of the world's most sought-after stouts.
Taking centre stage are two absolute heavyweights:
Toppling Goliath Assassin 2023: A legendary barrel-aged imperial stout, celebrated for its incredible depth, complexity and rich, decadent character.
Toppling Goliath Term Oil – Vanilla Pistachio Granola: An indulgent take on the brewery's celebrated Term Oil stout, bringing together rich roasted malt character with layers of vanilla, pistachio and granola.
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy two outstanding beers side by side, discover what makes them so special and experience some of the very best that American brewing has to offer.

For £20, you'll get:
- One 1/3 pint pour of Toppling Goliath Assassin 2023
- One 1/3 pint pour of Toppling Goliath Term Oil – Vanilla Pistachio Granola
And it doesn't stop there. We'll also have a massive range of other fantastic beers pouring throughout the event, making this a proper celebration of great beer. It'll be all killer, no filler.
