Nature's Balm: Healing Grief & Honoring Gratitude with Support from Mother Nature is an intimate women's wellness retreat designed to create space for both.

Nestled among the forests, lake views, fields, and quiet beauty of Mika Meadows farm and Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center, just 45 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio, this thoughtfully curated gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing rhythms of the natural world.

À la carte Wellness registrants gain all-inclusive access to the Saturday-itinerary of the Mahogany Manifesto Women’s Wellness Weekend in Mt. Sterling, Ohio.

We will begin with a restorative farm experience at Mika Meadows that includes a grief movement and journaling workshop, a guided foraging walk, a nutritious lunch, and snacks.

The second half of the day will take place 10 mins down the road at Deer Creek Lodge, offering time for joyful rest, massages (add-on for additional cost), a creative wellness workshop, and a group closing dinner.

A detailed agenda will be sent to registrants ahead of the retreat.
