We all know about All Hallows' Eve (Halloween) but what about All Hallows' Day? Come on this history walk to discover how All Hallows' Day was celebrated at Dunfermline Abbey before the Reformation.
Join us for an in-person guided walk exploring the history of the Kirkyard and admire some of its many beautiful grave carvings.
This walk is entirely in the confines of Dunfermline Abbey and Kirkyard and should take approximately one hour to complete. Terrain is flat but may involve some walking on grass so wear comfortable shoes. We will endeavour to make the walk as wheelchair friendly as possible. The event is aimed at an adult audience but is still suitable for children.
Sunday 1 November 2026, Meet at St Margaret's Shrine (near the St Margaret's Street entrance) 2pm. FREE but tickets must be booked.
