About this Event
All About Sake is an immersive introduction to one of Japan’s most nuanced and misunderstood drinks. Join Cocktail Collective for a guided sake tasting class that explores how sake is made, how rice, water, polishing, yeast, and brewing methods shape flavor, and how to confidently navigate the styles you see on a menu or shelf.
Together, we’ll taste across a range of sake styles and discuss how to read a label, serve sake with intention, recognize your own preferences, and pair sake beyond the usual assumptions. This class will guide you through the recognizable, the local, and the "What in the world?!" sakes.

• Instructor-led education, conversation, and practical tasting skills
Seating is intentionally limited so there is room for questions, discussion, and the occasional respectful disagreement about whether warm sake deserves better PR.
