Orchids are the largest family of flowering plants in the world, with over 25,000 species found in nature, and probably in the order of 150,000 different hybrids. Many think orchids are difficult to grow, but with some basic information, anyone can be successful with growing most orchids. Join Master Gardener Nathan Draper for a presentation that will cover:
The basic needs and care required to grow most orchids at home.
An overview of common orchid groups suitable for home cultivation.
Practical tips for successfully growing each type.
Growing orchids should be fun and enjoyable, especially as they become more widely available.
