Winter has a way of leaving us feeling a little stuffy, sluggish and overstimulated all at once.
Join us for a one-hour hands-on aromatherapy workshop devoted to some of the most useful essential oils to reach for during the colder months.
We’ll explore fresh, clearing aromatic plants and talk about practical ways to use essential oils when you’re feeling congested, or simply in need of a mental reset during the busy winter season.
Then you’ll head to the scent bar to create your own aromatic salt inhaler blend to take home.
You’ll choose from essential oils traditionally used for their fresh, invigorating aromas and create a personalized blend you can reach for when you want to feel more open, refreshed and clear-headed.
During the workshop, you’ll learn:
- Which essential oils are especially useful to keep on hand during winter
- Safe and practical ways to use aromatherapy during cold and flu season
- How aromatic inhalation can fit into your everyday wellness routine
- How to build a balanced blend that feels both clearing and grounding
You’ll leave with your own custom aromatic salt inhaler and the knowledge to use it confidently throughout the winter.
All materials are included. No previous aromatherapy experience is needed.
