About this Event
Three parts, one evening:
1. GROUNDING: a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls and acoustic instruments. You lie down, listen and let your body settle.
2. CHANNELING: a shared cacao ceremony, to focus your attention and be present with the group.
3. EXPANDING: ecstatic dance. Free movement to music, with no steps to learn and nobody watching.
Good to know: ceremonial cacao contains caffeine. If you are pregnant or take Medic*tion, check with your doctor first. You can join the sound bath and the dance without the cacao. ALIVE is a guided group experience, not a medical treatment.
