Make room for a morning of movement, faith and connection.She Meets invites you to Aligned by Faith on Fort Lauderdale Beach, where we’ll come together to care for our bodies, spend time in God’s Word and connect with other women.
Begin with a guided stretch session led by Raven, followed by Bible study led by Brittany. With the ocean nearby and the morning ahead of us, we’ll take time to slow down, reflect and realign our body, mind and spirit with God.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your faith, meet women who share your values or simply make more intentional time for yourself and God, you’re welcome here. No fitness experience is required.
