HELIOS-9 The colony houses only 143 permanent residents. It is an unpleasant place. The sun never rises above the horizon for more than a few hours, most of the colony is underground, and the constant machinery noise makes silence feel unnatural.
But once a year, the colonists throw a party.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT
The tradition began decades earlier when the original colonists decorated the station to keep morale up.
Now Halloween has become the colony's biggest social event.
Costumes.
Alcohol.
Music.
Ghost stories.
Children running through the habitation modules.
Fake blood.
Fake corpses.
Fake monsters.
Tonight, however, something real has arrived.
