In May 2025, during a career strategy workshop here at The Nine, a participant asked hosts Dorothy Dalton and Robert Baker a simple question: "Are LinkedIn's algorithms biased against women?"
That question sent us digging. What we found doesn't stop at one platform - it applies to the algorithms now shaping careers everywhere, and not just for women.
