About this Event
Join VEFA Gallery on Sunday, November 22, from 4–6 PM for an exclusive artist talk featuring contemporary painter Alfredo “Dofre” Gonzalez, hosted by gallery curator Jonathan Anderson.
Based in Oxnard, California, Dofre is known for his distinctive approach to disrupted realism, blending raw graffiti influences with the refined techniques of classical painting. Working with aerosol and traditional oil paint, he creates emotionally charged compositions that explore identity, transformation, and impermanence.

Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about Dofre’s artistic journey and the techniques that define his unique visual language.
Whether you are an established collector, an art enthusiast, or simply curious about contemporary painting, this artist talk offers an opportunity to connect with the artist and gain a deeper appreciation for his practice.
