Come and learn practical Alexander Technique skills at this workshop for children and young adults.These skills include practical cues on thinking and moving well in both musical activity and everyday life. Activities could include singing or playing your instrument, sports, hobbies, pretty much anything you can imagine… even looking at your phone.
The workshop will be held in Studio 1 of Mitchell Conservatorium on Havannah street.
