Join us at Soma Restorative Wellness for an immersive hour of sound, stillness, and intentional rest led by Kailee.
Beginning October 4, Alchemy Sound Healing will be offered every Sunday from 2:00–3:00 PM at Soma.
Whether sound healing is already part of your wellness practice or you're experiencing it for the first time, allow yourself an hour away from the noise and pace of everyday life.
What makes Alchemy Sound Healing different?
Not all crystal singing bowls are the same.
Traditional crystal singing bowls are generally made primarily from quartz crystal. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls incorporate quartz with additional elements such as minerals, gemstones, and precious metals, depending on the individual bowl.
Each bowl has its own tone and resonance. When several are played together, their tones interact to create layers of harmonics, vibration, and sound that give Alchemy bowls their distinctive immersive quality.
What to expect
Kailee will guide you through an intentionally paced experience designed to give you space to settle in and become still.
Your hour includes:
- A brief intention and gentle breath or grounding practice
- Approximately 45 minutes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
- A warm aromatherapy towel
- Quiet time to rest and integrate the experience
- A few moments to return, share and close together
No previous meditation, yoga, or sound-healing experience is necessary.
What should I bring?
Come in comfortable clothing.
Although mats, bolsters, blankets and eye coverings will be provided, we recommend bringing anything additional that helps you rest comfortably.
If you have your own favorite mat or props, you're welcome to bring them.
