✨ The Journey
The first days of the retreat are devoted to ceremonial and embodied practices that gently prepare the body, mind, and energy field—creating space for deeper listening and integration.
We work progressively through the Lower Triangle and Upper Triangle, meeting at the Heart Center, allowing awareness and presence to unfold naturally.
A dedicated day is offered for pilgrimage to sacred sites, honoring the land and offering gratitude for the support and guidance it provides—not only for our personal journeys, but for our families and the collective.
The final day is devoted entirely to integration—a spacious, nourishing day to rest, reflect, and embody what has been received through gentle practices, nature, art, movement, and stillness.
