ALC Clinic for Leadership

Join fellow Upstate NY leaders for a day focused on building the strongest Associate Leadership Council (ALC) your Market Center has ever had.
This year looks a little different. Normally we'd use this time to prepare for the activities Team Leaders lead prospective ALC members through the following day. This year Georgia will be covering that during the Team Leader call on August 25, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM (be sure not to miss this!)— so September 24 is freed up for something better: a full mastermind with your fellow UNY Leaders on how to create the most impactful ALC possible.
Come ready to share what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and leave with ideas you can put to work immediately. Your ALC is one of the biggest levers you have — let's sharpen it together.
