CSS x AlayaCare Day
Join colleagues from across the Community Support Sector for a dedicated day of hands-on learning, collaboration, and digital enablement.
Hosted in person at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa in the Markham Room, this event is designed around the topics identified as the highest priorities in our pre-event survey. Training sessions will focus on:
- Privacy & Security
- Data Exploration (DE)
- Scheduling
- Tasks 2.0
- API Integrations & AC Connector
This event will take a new and collaborative approach to learning. Each topic will begin with training delivered by AlayaCare, followed by breakout sessions designed for peer-to-peer learning and discussion. These breakout sessions will provide an opportunity to learn from one another, share experiences, explore different workflows, and discover what is working well across organizations in the Community Support Sector. By learning from the experiences of our peers, participants will have the opportunity to diversify their knowledge and take away practical ideas and solutions that can be applied within their own organizations.
Later in the day, we will also welcome guest speakers to explore broader topics shaping the digital sector, including Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence.
Our goal is for every participant to leave with something new, useful, and actionable.
