Support our legislative advocacy at a fun night of trivia, door prizes, & witness the cinematic masterpiece Sharknado (PG-13)!About this Event
AKPIRG is hosting our first ever community movie night fundraiser with a showing of Sharknado (PG-13) at Akela Space. We will have door prizes and a chance to play shark and economic justice trivia, because remember folks, loan sharks are more terrifying than any sharks. And predatory lenders are even scarier than apex predators. Proceeds from movie night will help support AKPIRG's economic justice advocacy and our 2027 legislative fly-in.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Trivia starts at 6:45 pm and Sharknado starts at 7:30 pm.
Hope to see you there for a fin-tastic time!
