About the Talk
Grant Verstandig’s mission to change the American health care system began at Brown. It was here that he started building his first company, Rally Health, which pioneered the integration of the first digital health tools within health insurance and corporate benefits systems. Today, he runs Red Cell Partners, an incubation and investment firm building AI companies in health care, defense, and cyber — including Trase AI, the operating system deploying AI agents in high-stakes environments, including health care.
In his Levinger Lecture, Verstandig will detail how AI is health care’s liberation layer, not only freeing doctors and clinical support staff from the paperwork that consumes their days, but helping to address the growing supply-demand gap that threatens to limit millions of Americans’ access to timely, high-quality care.
About the Lecture
The Paul Levinger Professorship Pro Tem in the Economics of Health Care was endowed in 1987 to honor the memory of Paul Levinger by his wife, the late Ruth N. Levinger, and his daughter and son-in-law, Bette Levinger Cohen and the late John M. Cohen, MD. ’59.
