Most people use AI the same way: type a question into ChatGPT, get something generic back, and wonder why it doesn't sound like them. Here's the truth — the output is only as you as what you put in.
This is not a lecture. Bring a laptop or a phone. We work live, together, the whole two hours.
What we'll do:
Where you are with AI. A quick room read — what you've used, what you've heard of, and what free versus paid actually gets you on each platform.
The four-tool tour, live. We open Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude side by side and find each one's real ceiling in real time — including watching one of them hit its wall right in front of you. No slides claiming it. You'll see it.
What they can actually reach. The biggest difference between these tools isn't intelligence — it's access. Calendars, email, files, your actual work. We'll look at what each one can touch, and what happens to the same task when it can.
Teach it to sound like you. The centerpiece. We'll ask a brand-new AI account and a well-taught one the same question and compare the answers. Then you'll teach one about you — live, in the room — and watch it get sharper on the spot.
Make it stick. Projects, memory, and reusable prompts — so what you teach it survives past one conversation and works across your whole operation.
The honest part. These tools have habits. They run ahead, they repeat themselves, and sometimes they confidently make things up. You'll see real examples — and learn the one skill that separates people who get real value from AI: pushing back. The tools that learn get sharper every time you challenge them.
