About this Event
AI Workflow Decision Lab - Austin is an in-person event for people interested in making decisions about AI workflows.
Map the Work. Spot the Risks. Plan Your Next AI Pilot.
AI tools can help people work more efficiently, but deciding where AI belongs in a business process is often more complicated than choosing the right software.
Which tasks should be automated?
Where should human judgment remain involved?
What risks need to be considered before introducing AI into everyday operations?
And how can a promising idea become a manageable experiment?
AI Workflow Decision Lab — Austin is a practical, small-group workshop designed for founders, business owners, freelancers, consultants, and operations professionals who want a more structured approach to AI adoption.
Rather than watching software demonstrations or listening to broad predictions about artificial intelligence, participants work through realistic business scenarios to map workflows, evaluate AI opportunities, identify human checkpoints, and design a small pilot plan.
The workshop follows four stages:
MAP → EVALUATE → CHECK → PLAN
No coding experience is required.
No specific AI platform is promoted.
The focus is on practical decision-making, responsible implementation planning, and realistic next steps.
