About this Event
AI Workflow Build Lab is a small-group implementation workshop for business owners, operators, consultants, startup teams, and independent professionals who want to move beyond AI demonstrations and apply the technology to one real business process. This is not a general AI trends seminar.
Each participant arrives with one repetitive workflow they want to improve.
Examples may include:
Customer inquiry triage
Lead follow-up preparation
Meeting-note processing
Internal SOP creation
Content repurposing
Research organization
Proposal preparation
Routine administrative workflows
During the workshop, participants will work through a structured framework to understand the existing process, identify unnecessary manual steps, determine where AI may or may not add value, and create a practical prototype.
Every live participant will build three takeaways:
1. Workflow Opportunity Map
Document the current workflow, bottlenecks, inputs, outputs, and human decision points.
2. AI-Assisted Workflow Prototype
Create and test a repeatable workflow using guided templates and commonly available digital tools.
3. 30-Day Implementation Plan
Define the first real-world test, responsible owner, baseline metric, review point, and conditions for continuing or stopping the workflow.
The goal is not to automate everything.
Participants will learn how to identify tasks where automation can reduce repetitive work while preserving human review where judgment, privacy, accuracy, or customer experience matters.
What’s Included
18-person maximum live attendance
Facilitator-led AI workflow framework
Small-group implementation exercises
Practical workflow workbook
Reusable prompt and process templates
Individual build time
Facilitator checkpoints
Peer workflow feedback
Implementation scorecard

Participants should bring a laptop and one real business process they want to examine.
For privacy and security, guests should not upload confidential customer information, passwords, protected personal information, proprietary datasets, or other sensitive business data during the workshop. Demonstrations should use redacted, anonymized, or synthetic examples.
The workshop does not promise a specific financial result, productivity increase, or business outcome. The purpose is to help each participant leave with a practical system they can test and measure inside their own organization.
