AI Workflow Blueprint Lab: Small Business Edition is an intimate, self-guided workshop for business owners, founders, freelancers, independent operators, and operations professionals who want a practical framework for evaluating AI-assisted workflows.
Rather than watching software demonstrations or listening to presentations, participants work through prepared planning exercises and optional peer discussions.
Each paid participant develops a workflow concept using structured templates, fictional examples, and human-review checkpoints.
The workshop follows five stages:
