Most companies are waiting in the wrong AI lane.
Plenty of people use AI on their own. Very few companies have turned it into real business value. Most are stuck in the first lanes, trying things one person at a time.
This year we've run our AI Possibilities Workshop privately for leadership teams at manufacturers, engineering firms, finance and legal departments, and an industry association. The rooms often started out skeptical. They left with more ideas than they could use. One team wrote more than 100 ideas in a single morning. Another asked us back to run it for the rest of the company.
Now we're opening it to the public.
What happens in the room
- What AI is, in plain terms, and how to use it safely
- Real examples at every level, from one person using chat to AI built into how the whole company works
- Short idea rounds with leaders from other companies. Their ideas spark yours.
- Your own heat map. Sort your ideas by impact and effort, and leave with your top three and a first step.
Any experience level is welcome, including none. Bring your excitement or your skepticism. Both make the room better.
Doors and continental breakfast at 7:30. Workshop 8:00-11:00.
Limited to 24 seats. Registration closes Wednesday, November 18, at 5:00 p.m.
Bring your leadership team. You'll each leave with your own list, and you'll compare notes on the drive back.

Michelle Larson, CM&AA, is the founder and CEO of VisionOne High Performance Group. With more than 20 years as a business owner, private investor and consultant, she has worked with over 100 companies as they prepare for critical transitions. She'll host the morning alongside the VisionOne team.

- Bringing your team: the team table seats four from your company for $550. Each person gets their own ticket and leaves with their own list.
