AI Inbox Mastery: Reply, Then Auto-Sort

One 90-minute session. A permanently smarter inbox.

You already use AI — now put it to work where it costs you the most time: your inbox. This hands-on workshop builds you a personal Gmail assistant that clears your real conversations first, then auto-sorts everything else using your own labels.

How it works:

1. Reply first — the assistant walks you through every email that actually needs a human response, drafting replies you approve, edit, or skip
2. Check attachments — before sorting, it asks whether you want to keep emails with attachments sitting in your inbox, or let them be sorted with everything else
3. Then auto-sort — it labels, flags, and archives the remaining emails using your existing label system — no guessing, no new labels, nothing sent without you

You'll walk away with:

• A working assistant built around your real client, listing, and vendor labels
• A framework for mapping your business categories into automation rules
• Built-in guardrails: no new labels, no messages sent, human review for anything unclear

Format: 90 minutes, hands-on. Bring your laptop and your existing Gmail labels — leave with it live in your inbox.

Ideal for: Agents juggling multiple listings, buyers, and vendors who want their inbox working for them.
