About this Event
Part of the AI Sprint: six weeks of events across Guernsey, 1 October to 12 November 2026.
What this session is
Not sure how you can use AI in your business? Looking for ideas? Don't know where to start?
This event will inspire you.
Businesses will take the floor to share how they're actually using AI, in their own words. Each gets 7–10 minutes to share what they've built and what they've learned. Time permitting, there's audience Q&A, a networking interval, and a closing panel with all the speakers.
Facilitated by Matt Falla, founder of IYK and All—In brand designer.
Speakers
Hear directly from the businesses putting AI into practice:
- Victoria Falla & Jesse Byrne — TPA, on using AI to join up data across platforms and uncover insights standard reporting misses.
- Barry Pitfield — X-Ware, on updating historic data into AI-friendly formats, with a case study from guernseylegalresources.gg.
- Josh Gosselin — DEXM, the team behind the All-In website.
- Terése Price — Virteffic, on practical lessons from AI adoption in the boardroom and back office, and why governance matters more, not less, as AI use grows.
- Healthspan & Talkative — details to follow.
Who it is for
Anyone curious what businesses are actually doing with AI — no prior experience needed.
What you will leave with
- Real examples of AI in use, not just theory
- Direct access to ask the businesses behind them your own questions
- Ideas you can take back and try in your own organisation
About the AI Sprint
The Guernsey AI Sprint is an island-wide programme, led by the G8, bringing together businesses, organisations, and individuals to explore, learn, and act on artificial intelligence. From October 1st to November 12th, we'll run workshops, talks, hackathons, and hands-on challenges designed to move Guernsey from AI curiosity to AI confidence.
Whatever your starting point, there is something on the programme for you.
