About this Event
Jointly organised by policy institute, Curia and trade association, UKAI, this Parliamentary Showcase brings together parliamentarians, NHS leaders, policymakers, innovators, academics and patient representatives to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be deployed at scale across healthcare and life sciences.
As AI moves from experimentation to real-world use, the focus has shifted from proof of concept to procurement, integration and outcomes at system level. This showcase provides an opportunity to examine how proven AI solutions can be embedded into frontline services and system infrastructure in ways that deliver measurable impact for patients and the NHS.
Important Information:
UKAI and Curia members will receive a pass to attend. Elected members and NHS/public sector leaders will receive priority entrance. Registration does not guarantee attendance. A formal invitation will be issued and must be presented at security for admission. Those without an official ticket (including an eventbrite pass) will not be permitted entrance.
The event will feature:
- Hands-on demonstrations from AI innovators in the UK already operating in real-world healthcare and life sciences settings
- Discussion on how AI is improving productivity, clinical decision making and patient outcomes
- Exploration of the policy and procurement barriers that continue to slow adoption at scale
- Engagement between innovators, system leaders and parliamentarians on what is needed to translate innovation into sustained delivery
The showcase will highlight regional and place-based innovation and support informed debate on how procurement, regulation and system readiness can better align to support responsible adoption of AI in healthcare and life sciences.
Attendance is by invitation only and registration is required.
