About this Event
Finding work is hard enough. Now imagine doing it in a new country, in another language, while trying to understand where your skills and experience actually fit in the UK job market.
That’s the challenge for our next AI Hackathon.
Teams will have six hours to build practical parts of an AI Career Agent - helping people turn their experience into UK career opportunities, identify realistic career pathways, match with suitable jobs, create stronger applications and prepare for interviews.
How it works: Join a mixed team of 3–5 people and build a working prototype. Teams will focus on different parts of the career journey, then pitch what they’ve built to our judges.
Who’s it for: Developers, designers, AI enthusiasts, HR and employability professionals, students and anyone interested in building practical technology for social good. You don’t need to come with a team.
Prize: £100 for the winning team, plus mentoring and further opportunities to develop the strongest ideas.
