About this Event

Running a wellness business often means wearing every hat. You might be brilliant at supporting people, delivering your service and creating real impact, but still find yourself spending hours on emails, content, admin, planning and all the little jobs that come with running a business.
This event is about discovering how AI can give you some of that time back.
The workshop will be led by Rufus Curnow, an independent AI consultant specialising in AI education, training and governance. Rufus works with businesses to help them build lasting AI capability, focusing not just on the latest tools, but on how people can use AI confidently, practically and effectively within their everyday work.
He’ll be bringing that expertise specifically to the wellness industry, showing us simple, accessible ways to use AI to support our businesses. From reducing admin and generating ideas to supporting marketing, planning and everyday organisation, the focus will be on using AI to take care of more of the background work, leaving us with more time and energy for our skill set, our clients and growing our businesses.
And because we know that connection is just as important as technology, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to meet and network with other wellness entrepreneurs and professionals, share ideas, make new connections and potentially create future collaborations.
We’ll also be enjoying healthy juices and breakfast bowls while we connect.
Whether you’re a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, holistic practitioner, wellbeing professional or building a business within the wider wellness space, you’ll leave with practical AI skills you can start using immediately, new connections and, hopefully, a little more time to focus on the work you actually love doing.
Work smarter. Build valuable connections. Spend more time doing the work you’re actually here to do.
