About this Event
AI for Humans: A Workshop by Jolly Mammoth Co.
Less AI hype. More valuable ways for real people to use it.
AI is supposed to make work easier. So why does figuring out how to use it often feel like more work?
AI for Humans is a hands-on workshop for Chippewa Valley businesses and teams looking for a more practical, human-first approach to artificial intelligence.
This isn't another software tour, a list of 100 prompts, or a pitch for the next subscription you supposedly can't live without.
We're taking a different approach.
Before asking what AI can do for your business, we're asking a more important question: How does your business actually work?
We'll start with coloring. Literally.
Paper, markers, and a map of how work gets done in your business. From there, we'll explore systems thinking, practical AI applications, and how to identify opportunities where technology can genuinely make a difference.
Through interactive exercises, demonstrations, small-group discussions, and perspectives from local professionals, we'll challenge the idea that adopting AI means changing everything about how you work.
Because sometimes the most valuable solution isn't another tool. It's a better understanding of the problem.
What you'll leave with
- Clarity and confidence about where AI fits into your business, whether you're just getting started or already experimenting.
- A practical approach to evaluating and integrating AI tools without chasing every new release.
- A hand-made workflow map built around a real process in your own business.
- An actionable next-steps plan you can bring back to your team that afternoon.
- Real-world perspectives from professionals exploring and implementing AI while keeping people at the center of their work.
Who should attend?
Small business owners, managers, and team members throughout the Chippewa Valley who are curious about AI, already experimenting with it, or struggling to see meaningful results from tools they've tried.
You don't need a technical background, coding experience, or a collection of expensive software subscriptions.
You don't have to become a different kind of business, or a different kind of person, to start getting valuable results out of AI.
