Most people use AI one question at a time. Fire a prompt, get an answer, start from scratch tomorrow. This hands-on 3-hour workshop shows you the alternative: AI as an operating system that remembers your business, follows your instructions, and gets sharper every time you use it.
The workshop is aimed at small business owners, freelancers, creatives and employees who already use AI but know they're not getting the value they expected.
These are small group workshops with a maximum of12 people so you get real attention. You'll work on your own tasks, not hypotheticals, and leave with a working setup you can use the very next morning.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need technical experience? No. If you've used ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, even casually, you're ready. This isn't about coding.
- What should I bring? A laptop and a real work project you'd like to make progress on. The exercises use actual work, not hypotheticals.
- Which tools does it cover? Mainly Claude (Cowork mode). This is the strongest current option for private, file-based workflows. The principles carry across to other tools.
- Is it online or in person? In person, in Margate. Online and private team training is available, get in touch.
- Can I book for my team? Yes. Contact us about a private session for your organisation.
- What's the refund policy? Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before. Within 14 days, we'll move your place to a future date.
