About this Event
When I ask El Paso business owners why they aren't using AI more, the answer is almost never "I'm afraid of it." It's four words: "I don't know where to start."
That's not you being behind. Every conversation you've had about AI started with a tool somebody wanted to sell you. Nobody asked about your business first.
AI for Business El Paso is a free monthly morning for owners and the people who run the place. Not theory. Not a sales seminar.
- See where other owners actually are. Not the LinkedIn version. The real one: what the business owners next to you are using AI for, what they're trying next, and where they're stuck too.
- Ideas from businesses that aren't yours. The follow-up system a contractor uses translates straight to a dental office. Nobody inside one industry sees that. A room full of different industries does.
- A live teardown. I take a sample 20-person business apart on screen: the quotes, the follow-ups, the price sheet. About 12 minutes to find where the money is going. Then I build one fix, and tell you why it isn't the first one I'd make.
Last month's group sparked conversations and ideas I didn't see coming. This month we keep that going, and we get to the live teardown too.
Who it's for: owners and operators, no tech background needed. If a slide has code on it, it does not get shown. That's a standing rule.
The morning:
9:00 AM: Doors, coffee, meet the room
9:30 AM: Where this room actually is with AI
9:50 AM: The Live Teardown
10:10 AM: Open floor: your questions, your business
10:30 AM: Small groups: leave knowing three owners, not holding three cards
11:00 AM: Hard stop. Back at work by 11:15
