About this Event
This event is part of the AI Journey and is organised in cooperation with Expat Service Vorarlberg.
At this English-language event, we invite three experts to share their perspectives on AI.
These are the three focus areas:
- AI transformation: practical insights into how to use AI to transform your company.
- AI adoption: how to build an effective community to successfully expand AI knowledge within your company.
- Human-centred AI: humans are still in the lead.
1. AI Transformation: From AI Tools to AI-Powered Workflows
Successful AI transformation takes more than introducing new tools or collecting use cases. I’ll share a practical approach we used: making company data and context accessible to AI, helping people apply AI to their actual day-to-day work, and then turning the most valuable recurring activities into AI-powered workflows. I’ll also show a concrete example from Revenue Operations and sales.
Speaker
Roman Kapp is an AI transformation leader focused on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical business impact, most recently as Head of AI Transformation at Gcore.
2. From AI Interest to AI Adoption: The Power of Community
AI adoption is not just about providing tools or training people. It is about creating the conditions for people to experiment, exchange experiences, and bring AI into their everyday work. I’ll share practical lessons from building an AI community at OMICRON, including the role of AI Champions, community activities, and targeted adoption interventions. I’ll also touch on how we are starting to turn these learnings into a more structured approach to AI adoption.
Speaker
Danielle is an AI Adoption Coordinator at OMICRON, working at the intersection of AI, people, and organizational adoption to help employees turn curiosity about GenAI into practical everyday use.
3. Human-centered AI
