? AI-Assisted Slovenian Language Learning App – Build Sprint #2: Restaurant Module Prototype ???
Help us build an AI-powered Slovenian learning app that helps foreigners pass the Slovenian language exam and integrate into Slovenian society.
Two weeks ago, a group of developers, AI enthusiasts, language teachers, entrepreneurs, designers and foreigners gathered with one simple question:
How can we make learning Slovenian practical, engaging, and genuinely useful?
After hours of brainstorming and discussion, we reached an important conclusion.
Our mission is clear:
Build the best AI-assisted Slovenian language learning platform for people preparing for the Slovenian language exam.
Instead of trying to compete with general language apps like Duolingo, we want to create something specifically designed for life in Slovenia.

? OUR APPROACH
The app will combine two connected learning paths:
✅ Structured preparation for the Slovenian A1 exam
✅ Practical real-life scenarios that help learners survive everyday situations with confidence.
These scenarios include places like:

? Public transport
? Healthcare
? Job interviews
…and many more.

?️ OUR FIRST MILESTONE
We agreed to start with a single scenario:
"At the Restaurant."
By focusing on one complete module first, we can validate the learning methodology before expanding to dozens of real-life situations.
Our goal for this sprint is ambitious but achievable:
Present a working prototype of the Restaurant Module.

During this build sprint we'll review and improve:

✅ Level 1–5 conversation tree
✅ AI interaction concepts
✅ Visual interface
✅ Learning experience

We'll test whether the module actually helps someone learn useful Slovenian—not just memorize vocabulary.
