About the speakers:

Claire Nutt

Claire Nutt is the Founder and CEO of Quantum HR and a keynote speaker with over 15 years’ experience in HR and digital transformation. Working at the intersection of people, technology and data, she helps organisations translate AI, automation and modern HR platforms into measurable business outcomes.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD with a master’s-level qualification in Human Resources Management, Claire is a trusted advisor to HR leaders across sectors. She specialises in business process transformation, responsible innovation and organisational change, helping organisations build the confidence, capability and leadership needed to embrace emerging technologies and create high-performing, future-ready workplaces.

Alongside leading Quantum HR, Claire is Programme Director for the Irish Management Institute, and an Associate Consultant with DMS Ireland, contributing to the development of future HR professionals and leaders.

Aaron Windrum

Aaron Windrum FCIPD is founder and director of A Human Resource Ltd, an HR consultancy operating across the UK and Ireland. He specialises in HR Transformation, Organisational Design and AI in HR. He supports organisations at every stage of AI implementation, from governance and compliance under GDPR and the EU AI Act through to hands-on adoption and delivers AI training for businesses and HR professionals.

Aaron uses a human-centred approach, combining AI, people analytics and organisational design to help streamline HR processes and operations through digitisation, using data and analytics to inform decisions all while keeping the employee experience at the core.

Jude Copeland

Jude is a leading lawyer, specialising in AI and legal technology. He is dual-qualified (E&W and NI) and is a solicitor advocate in Northern Ireland.

Jude has significant, high-value discovery experience and has acted for public authorities, inquiries and businesses including global and listed companies and SMEs. Jude has worked on a number of white collar and misconduct investigations.

Jude was elected to the Council of the Law Society of Northern Ireland. He chairs the Emerging Tech Sub-Group and is a member of the Future of the Profession, Human Rights and Contentious Business Committees. Jude mentors junior lawyers and has delivered lectures on legal technology at a range of conferences, across UK and Ireland, including Ulster University, Queen’s University, Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, in Belfast.

Jude is involved in LGBTQIA+ rights and ending gender based abuse. He was a founding trustee of the White Ribbon NI, served as a trustee of PIPS Suicide Prevention. He is a trustee of Forward South Partnership and serves on the advisory board to Women In Media, Belfast. In 2021, he was appointed to the Protection & Justice Working Group of the Belfast Area Domestic & Sexual Violence and Abuse Partnership.

Eddie Dixon

Eddie Dixon is Chief Financial Officer at SciLeads, a global B2B SaaS business providing data and market intelligence to the global scientific sector. CIMA qualified, he has over 20 years of international finance leadership, including CFO roles within the Kantar group and senior finance roles at Thomson Reuters.

Eddie is a hands-on, daily user of AI in business operations and personal productivity, building his own AI-assisted workflows for planning, reporting, benchmarking, recruitment and contract reviews. With both Finance and People reporting to him, his focus is on what AI reliably delivers, where it needs checking, and what governance has to sit around it
