Extension Art Space invites you to an informal presentation with artist Per Hüttner, where he will discuss his recent research into Ivan Aguéli's life and artistic practice.Ivan Aguéli was a mystic and a painter, who in his life and work searched for truth through introspection.
In this informal presentation, Per Hüttner takes Aguéli as a starting point to reflect on whether introspection is a universal human trait and whether it can serve as a foundation for cross-cultural dialogue.
In other words, do we all sometimes look inward, and can what we find help us engage in dialogue across cultural boundaries?
The event is part of On the Path of Ivan Aguéli, a curatorial project by Abir Boukhari, and is supported by Kulturrådet
