STRONGER TOGETHER: One movement. One voice. Many communities.
Our biennial national conference will bring together agricultural show and field day volunteers, staff, leaders and industry partners from across Australia and overseas.
We are also incredibly proud to once again welcome Gallagher as our Platinum Partner. Gallagher has supported the ASA Conference since our very first conference in 2020, and we sincerely value their continued commitment to the agricultural shows movement.
⭐ DON’T MISS OUR EXCLUSIVE HALF-DAY WORKSHOP – WEDNESDAY 17 FEBRUARY FROM 1PM
The challenge we hear about most often from agricultural shows is volunteers — how to attract them, retain them and ensure they feel genuinely valued.
That’s why we’re opening the conference with a practical, interactive workshop led by Canadian workplace systems and leadership consultant Kryssie Thomson.
Kryssie will explore the Five Languages of Appreciation in the workplace and volunteering, helping delegates better understand what makes different people feel valued.
And that’s just the beginning.
